1. When a small pressure fails, if there is a leakage point in the seal of the small pressure valve of the compressor or the small pressure valve is opened in advance (because the opening pressure of each manufacturer is different, the range is usually between 3.5-5.5kg2), The pressure time of the oil and gas tank will increase during the initial operation of the machine. At this time, the low-pressure gas has a high oil content, the flow rate of the oil is fast, the load of the oil is heavier, the separation effect is reduced, and the oil consumption is high.
Solution: Check the very small pressure valve and replace it if necessary.
2. The oil separation core is damaged. After the oil separation core is damaged, the oil filtering effect will be greatly reduced, and a lot of oil will escape.
Solution: Replace the oil separator core.
3. The gas consumption is large, and the overload and low pressure use (or the oil treatment volume selected before the machine leaves the factory is too large to match the mechanical displacement). Low load refers to the fact that when the user uses the compressor, the discharge pressure does not reach the compressor's own rating Work pressure, but basically can meet the courage requirements of some corporate users. For example, corporate users increase gas consumption, gas consumption increases, and it is impossible to balance air consumption and user gas consumption. The amount of oil in the oil-air separator is too high, the oil surface distance of the oil separator is too small, and small oil droplets permeate into the oil separator with the compressed air, and the oil separation effect is greatly reduced.

5. The oil return pipe is improperly installed. When replacing, cleaning or repairing the air compressor, the oil return pipe is not inserted into the bottom of the oil separator (reference: 1~2mm from the bottom of the oil separator), the separated oil cannot return to the head immediately, and the accumulated oil will fly with the compressed air. Solution: Stop, after releasing the pressure to zero, adjust the oil return pipe to a reasonable height (the oil return pipe is 1~2mm away from the bottom of the oil separator, and the oblique port oil return pipe can be inserted into the bottom of the oil separator).
6. When the compressor oil return pipeline is blocked and the oil return pipeline (including the one-way valve return filter of the oil return pipeline) is blocked by foreign matter, the oil condensed at the bottom of the oil separator after separation cannot return to the head, and the condensed oil droplets will be airflow Blow away, and be taken away with the separated air.
