Filter

The filter effectively purifies the water particles, dust, oil mist and other shapes contained in the compressed air through interception, dilution, diffusion, neutralization, etc. So that the compressed air is clean and dry and the quality of the product gas is improved.

Class C, main line filter, mostly used after the air compressor rear cooler or before the refrigerated dryer, can filter a large amount of liquid and solid particles above 3um, and reach the minimum residual oil content of only 5ppm.

Class T, dust removal filter, mostly used in tools, machinery, motors, gas tanks and other equipment and before A-level filters or after adsorption dryers, can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 1um, and reach the minimum residual oil content of 0.5ppm .

Class A, super efficient degreasing filter, mostly used in the upstream of adsorption dryer or downstream of refrigerated dryer, can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01um, and reach the lowest residual oil content of only 0.01ppm. Remember to Install a T-class air line filter to protect it.

Class H, activated carbon micro-oil mist filter, mostly used to purify food, medicine, and breathing gas. It can filter out oil mist and hydrocarbons as small as 0,01um. The minimum residual oil content is only 0.003ppm. An A-level super efficient degreasing filter is installed upstream to protect it.

After-sales maintenance service Machine maintenance, machine repair, maintenance personnel training, suggestions for improvement and other items.

2. The customer department of Unicol Compressor Company receives customer calls, letters, visits and other warranty information, and after preliminary analysis, uses the "customer after-sales information sheet" to make after-sales service plans for the after-sales service department.

3. For malfunctioning products, the company promises to give a clear answer within 1 hour, and the office service personnel will reach the user site within 12 hours. If necessary, the headquarters will send personnel. Maintenance service personnel arrive at the equipment site within 24 hours to solve the problem.

4. The implementation of "Three Guarantees" for the factory products, the equipment quality guarantee period is 12 months after the insurance is accepted (or 18 months from the date of shipment), whichever comes first.

5. During the "three guarantees" service period, all problems caused by the quality of the product will be repaired by our company for free (except for quality accidents caused by user operation or improper use).

6. After receiving the notification from the buyer, the seller will send someone to the site to debug the compressor and other equipment within 2 days until the equipment is put into normal operation.

7. After the equipment is put into use, our company will conduct regular user return visits to grasp the usage status of the equipment.
