Freeze dryer use conditions:

※ Working pressure range: design standard 0.6MPa~1.6MPa

※ Air inlet temperature: high temperature type≤80℃.

※ Ambient temperature: design standard 5℃~45℃, air convection device should be installed when it exceeds 40℃.

※ Atmospheric dew point: 2℃～10℃.

※ Installation environment: avoid the sun, well ventilated and dust-free place.

Usually the compressed air entering the air network contains 100% water vapor. When the air cools, the steam will condense, which not only destroys your compressed air system, but also damages your final product.

If the dryer is not installed, 90% of water will enter your compressed air system every day. The refrigerated dryer can completely eliminate the moisture in the compressed air system. The dry compressed air ensures that the compressed air system and the production process run unimpeded, to meet your installation needs.

Energy saving: The aluminum alloy three-in-one heat exchanger design minimizes the process loss of cooling capacity and improves the recycling of cooling capacity. Under the same processing capacity, the total input power of this model is reduced by 15%-50%.

High efficiency: The integrated heat exchanger is equipped with guide fins to make the internal heat exchange in the compressed air evenly, and the built-in air-water separator device is equipped with a stainless steel filter to make the water separation more thorough.

Environmental protection: In response to the international Montreal agreement, this series of models all use R134a and R410a environmentally friendly refrigerants, which have zero damage to the atmosphere and meet the needs of the international market.

Stable: Standard constant pressure expansion valve, standard configuration of intelligent temperature control, in the laboratory test, when the inlet temperature reaches 65°, and the ambient temperature reaches 42°, it still runs stably, and it also has temperature and pressure double antifreeze protection. While saving energy, it prolongs the service life of the equipment.
