UNE series standard air-cooled freeze dryer
The freezing dryer is based on the corresponding relationship between the bubble of water and the vapor pressure and temperature, and uses the principle of refrigeration to forcibly cool the compressed air, so that the water vapor in the compressed air is supersaturated at low temperatures, condenses and condenses, and separates water The compressed air mass in addition to water purification equipment. Under normal conditions, the refrigerated dryer can reduce the dew point (under pressure) of the air in the air to 2~10°C. And remove part of the oil mist, which can meet the requirements of most compressed air quality levels except for a few application areas that have special requirements for air quality.

The main body of the heat exchange components adopts all-copper structure and is optimized in design, increasing air-to-air cooling and heat exchange, realizing the recycling of cold energy, and making the heat exchange efficiency close to 100%: energy saving is achieved to a large extent, while achieving ideal The cooling effect.
The complete protection function of the whole machine adopts Danfoss-Danfoss, Aico-Aico and other main tethering units to protect the compressor's running status in an all-round way, which greatly reduces the user's maintenance cost.
The specially optimized condensing heat dissipation design and the addition of the heat exchange area enable the refrigeration dryer to respond calmly under extreme use conditions, effectively avoiding the common phenomenon of high temperature jumps in summer in the commercial refrigeration dryer, and ensuring the stability of the refrigeration dryer run.
Danfoss Danfoss dry filter element can filter moisture and particulate impurities in the Freon system, remove the danger of acidic substances, and ensure the cleanliness of the refrigeration system.
