High-efficiency oil-water separator
The high-efficiency oil-water separator (or called gas-liquid separator) is improved based on the combination of domestic and foreign gas-water separators. The specific combination of multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh and thin-walled porous stainless steel cylinder, coupled with the reasonable selection of surface velocity when compressed air passes through different separation layers, makes the two functions of wire mesh defoaming and centrifugal separation organically combined. Through this separator, a large number of tiny liquid mist in the compressed air can grow into water and oil droplets above 5um, and part of the solid dust is efficiently separated from the gas under the action of inertial gravity, and discharged through the automatic drain, thereby greatly reducing compression The downstream precision purification equipment of the air pipe network-filters, dryers and other impurities load, so that the use effect and life of these equipment are guaranteed.
In less demanding applications, this separator can also be used alone to remove a large amount of water and oil in the compressed air pipeline.
