This process is called the compression process. When the pressure in the cylinder is higher than the pressure p in the output air pipe, the exhaust valve opens. The reciprocating movement of the piston is formed by a crank slider mechanism driven by an electric motor. The rotary motion of the crank is converted into sliding-the reciprocating motion of the piston. The compressor of this structure always has a residual volume at the end of the exhaust process. In the next inhalation, the compressed air in the remaining volume will expand, thereby reducing the amount of air inhaled, reducing efficiency, and increasing compression work. The structure is simple, the service life is long, and it is easy to realize large capacity and high voltage output.

Features:
