Working principle of scroll air compressor:

The scroll air compressor is formed by meshing two moving and static scrolls with a double function equation profile. In the process of suction, compression, and exhaust, the static plate is fixed on the frame, and the moving plate is driven by the eccentric shaft and controlled by the anti-rotation mechanism. It rotates in a plane with a small radius around the center of the base circle of the static plate. The air is sucked into the periphery of the static plate through the air filter element. As the eccentric shaft rotates, the gas is gradually compressed in several pairs of crescent-shaped compression chambers formed by the engagement of the moving and static plates, and then continuously discharged from the shaft hole in the center of the static plate.
