The micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer is a dehumidification and purification device that uses the micro-heat regeneration method to adsorb and dry compressed air based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption.
The micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer (hereinafter referred to as the micro-heat suction dryer) has the advantages of both heating regeneration and non-thermal regeneration. The regeneration gas adopts a micro-heating method, thereby reducing the regeneration air consumption, and because the regeneration is more thorough, it is extended The switching cycle of the tower body is completed. Under normal operating conditions, the dew point (under pressure) of the air can be reduced to below -40°C, as low as -70°C. It can provide oil-free, water-free, high-quality products for a few applications that have high requirements on air quality. Compressed air is especially suitable for use in cold northern areas and other places where the ambient temperature is below 0°C.
The micro heat absorption dryer adopts a double tower structure. One tower absorbs moisture in the air under a certain pressure, and the other tower uses a small portion of dry air slightly higher than atmospheric pressure to regenerate the desiccant in the adsorption tower. After a certain period of time, two The tower is switched to ensure the continuous supply of dry compressed air.
1. Unique computer control system, visually displays the running status of the dryer, and has multiple alarm protection functions and a DCS remote control interface to ensure trouble-free use.
2. The actuator adopts pneumatic angle seat valve and pneumatic butterfly valve, and the pneumatic control system adopts deep dry air source and then filtered to ensure reliable action and avoid valve leakage.
3. Accurately calculated the height and diameter of the adsorption tower and the results of the experiment, and really grasp the important parameters such as flow velocity, heat and mass transfer, and avoid excessive wear of the adsorbent and tunnel effect.
4. Professional program-controlled design, air pulse and air pressure fluctuation are small, effectively reducing outlet air dust and regeneration air noise.
5. Convenient and practical cycle time mode and energy-saving economic mode, regeneration air volume and time program are adjustable, adapt to various actual use conditions and outlet dew point requirements.
