There are several reasons for the high temperature of the general screw air compressor: 　　

One: lack of lubricating oil; the lubricating oil of screw air compressors not only has a smooth and sealing effect, it can also cool the unit, so it is also called "coolant". When the machine is short of coolant, the heat generated by the compressor cannot be obtained Cooling, the higher the temperature will rise, which is also one of the key elements that cause the high temperature of the screw air compressor.

Solution: Add air compressor oil, if it is high temperature caused by deterioration of smooth oil, replace it.

Two: The cooler is blocked; the cooler is also what we commonly call the "heat sink". The smooth oil circulating in the screw air compressor must be cooled by the cooler and then flow back to the compression host. When the cooler is too dirty and blocked, the air compressor is smooth The oil cannot be cooled, so that the circulating use will cause the temperature to stay high.

Solution: Use dry compressed air to clean up the cooler. If it cannot be cleaned up, remove it and clean it.

Three: The oil filter is blocked; the function of the oil filter is to filter the impurities in the smooth oil and protect the main engine of the screw air compressor. If it is not replaced for a long time, or the operating environment is bad, the oil filter is blocked, the oil flow inside the compressor is small, and the main engine cannot get enough smooth oil to cool in time, and it will show high temperature.

Solution: Replace the oil filter, or do a comprehensive oil circuit maintenance.

Four: The temperature control valve is faulty; the function of the temperature control valve is to control the injection temperature of the main engine of the oil-injected screw air compressor; it uses the temperature control element to control the opening degree of the element spool according to the oil temperature, and then controls the oil cooler The amount of oil, let the cold and hot oil mix, go to the main engine, and then control the injection and exhaust temperature!

Solution: Replace the temperature control valve core.

Five: The main controller of the screw air compressor is faulty; it presents a situation of chaotic alarm. If it is for this reason, high temperatures appear on the air compressor panel.

Solution: Replace with a new main controller.

Six: The temperature sensor fails; the air compressor panel shows unstable temperature changes, or the rising speed is several degrees Celsius or more than ten degrees Celsius, indicating that the temperature sensor is malfunctioning.

Solution: Replace with a new temperature sensor.
